SVA Course Curriculum - Business Process Development

Enterprises are driven by and organized around business processes. Efficient and effective processes contribute to responsive, productive and profitable enterprises. This course contains three main elements required to develop a business process: 1. business process analysis, 2. business process design, and 3. business process implementation.

Participants will learn how to properly analyze current systems using the process mapping tool. The class will understand how to evaluate the level of integration between the many business processes and how to avoid changing a process internally only to discover that it is not compatible with corresponding sub-systems.

  • Creative Analysis and Design - How best to apply redesigning, re-engineering and rethinking in addition to deciding when and how top use each one.
